Shannon Claire is a highly experienced employment law and litigation attorney with over 15 years of dedicated service to businesses and employers across California. Recognized for her strategic insight and practical counsel, Shannon has built her career on guiding clients through the evolving landscape of labor and employment law with clarity, confidence, and efficiency.
Shannon offers comprehensive legal support on a broad range of workplace matters, including drafting employee handbooks and arbitration agreements, conducting internal investigations into harassment and discrimination allegations, and evaluating risk in complex employment disputes. Shannon’s legal foundation began in public service, serving as a Certified Law Clerk with both the Santa Clara and Sacramento County District Attorney’s Offices. There, she conducted preliminary hearings, argued motions, and earned commendations for her courtroom presence and advocacy skills.
Throughout her private practice career, Shannon has held senior litigation roles at respected California law firms. She has successfully led trials and arbitrations as first chair, negotiated multimillion-dollar settlements, and managed all phases of discovery and litigation strategy. Her experience extends beyond litigation—she has advised HR departments on terminations, wage and hour compliance, internal policy development, and risk management.
