We’re looking for an Associate Attorney with 2-8 years of employment law and/or litigation experience to join our team. The role entails providing employment law advice and counsel, and participating in all aspects of employment law litigation defense including drafting pleadings, drafting and arguing motions, drafting discovery and review and analysis of responses, meaningfully participating in and contributing to overall strategy from case inception to completion, taking depositions, engaging in negotiations, legal research, and networking/marketing.
This position will require you to be able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Our ideal candidate is analytical, data-driven, and forward-thinking, possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills, and has an executive presence and strong leadership skills. In addition, COVID-19 vaccination is required (absent accommodations/exceptions).
$120,000 – $175,000 / year based on experience
