Duggan McHugh Law Corporation is thrilled to announce the naming of Attorney Christina Bucci Hamilton to Partner, alongside Senior Partners Jennifer Duggan and Laura McHugh.

Throughout her eight years as an attorney, Christina has consistently provided first-rate representation to Duggan McHugh clients in employment law advice and counsel and litigation defense. She embodies the firm’s commitment to the business community by consistently ensuring clients are set up to make the best possible informed and thoughtful employment decisions. Through dedicated research and extensive first-hand experience, Christina has proven herself to be a subject matter expert by consistently providing clients with agreeable outcomes in a wide-range of matters including wage and hour defense, class action and PAGA defense, FEHA-related litigation, and unfair business and trade secret defense. In addition, Christina invariably delivers clients with thorough, impartial, and timely results in the many workplace investigations she has performed to date.

Christina began her employment at Duggan McHugh in 2013 as the firm’s first employee, while she was still awaiting her bar results. Moving into the role of Associate Attorney, and eventually Senior Associate Attorney, Christina has continued to display exceptional value to the firm in a variety of areas, including through her role of training its new associates.
